We have opened the door for a sustainable future with a price. Is not all about climate change but respecting nature and enjoying its rewards.

As mentioned, we have identified the reasons behind so many climate disasters, and we are not yet facing them all. We clearly see nature being tired and devastated by so much burden, and we haven’t allowed it to rest…. But we are entering into a food and water scarcity era, and are we prepared?

We often say, “We cannot continue doing business as usual, ” which also goes to the leadership styles. We cannot lead as usual, otherwise, what’s the point to change directions if the same errors will come from the same sources? We need a drastic change, a correct change, an integrity-based change.

What about our duties? The planet is for us humans; therefore, let’s take care of it. It belongs to us, it’s our home. If the columns of your house are falling, you will replace them or repair them. If the roof is not protecting you from the rain or the sun, then you know it is time to change it… why don’t we take such an approach to leadership?

Take these words wisely, and it is not about creating disruptions or causing revolutions that are too expensive… is about changing ourselves. Let’s acknowledge our privilege of having so much knowledge available immediately. Let’s acknowledge the privileges we have of choosing what to eat, how to dress, what to say, how to behave… let’s acknowledge that privilege by doing it correctly.

Don’t get tired of being the better person, don’t quit being the adult of the room. Live with purpose, enjoy life with respect to others and the integrity of your own body too. Please don’t take it for granted.

Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”
